By using SIMASHI you agree to buy and sell honestly, to provide accurate information and to follow the laws of your country. Sellers are responsible for their products, prices and delivery. SIMASHI may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Privacy Policy
SIMASHI collects the information you give us (name, email, phone, delivery and tax details) to run your account, process orders and send order updates. We do not sell your personal data. You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time.
Refund Policy
If an order does not arrive or is not as described, contact the seller first from the order page. If it is not resolved within 7 days, contact SIMASHI support and we will review the case. Escrow payments are held until you confirm delivery.
