How do I place an order?+
Open a product, choose colour, size and quantity, then tap Buy now. Add your delivery location, pick a payment method and confirm.
How do I know a product is genuine?+
Scan the QR code on the product label with your phone camera. The SIMASHI page shows whether the product and its seller are verified.
Which payment methods can I use?+
M-Pesa, card, bank transfer or escrow, depending on what is enabled. See Account → Payment.
How do I use a coupon?+
Copy a code from Account → Coupons and enter it at checkout before you place the order.
Can I cancel an order?+
Yes, while the order is still pending. Open the order and tap Cancel.
